Our Story
In July 2015, Forklift Parts 4 Less (FP4L), a material handling provider, opened for business. Herbert N. Krebs, II, the founder of FP4L, had over 23 years of experience in the industry when he started as a sole proprietorship working from an office in his home. He knew that he could connect customers with the right part at the right price as he set out on his journey to become the best material handling equipment parts provider in the industry. Within a few months he hired a part-time employee to help with the growing business and secured office space in Bedford County, Virginia.
Over the next 4 years, Forklift Parts 4 Less continued to grow with new customers calling every day. On June 3, 2019 FP4L hired its first full-time employee to work as a sales person in Virginia and help with parts sales. This provided additional income as new customers were acquired.
On June 5, 2019, Forklift Parts 4 Less requested and was authorized to become a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the state of Virginia. Having this distinction has opened new doors and avenues for our company. As our business has continued to grow, so has our employee base.
In June of 2020, our full-time employee became a Parts Specialist handling parts orders and special deliveries. In October of 2020, we hired a part-time bookkeeper. In June of 2021, we hired a part-time Business Development Manager to work sales in the Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania areas. In October of 2021, our part-time bookkeeper went full-time and became our Director of Administration handling all aspects of accounting and human resources. In January of 2022, we hired another part-time Parts Specialist. This brings our total employees to 3 full-time and 2 part-time as of June of 2022.
