Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If you contact us the same day before 4:30 p.m. we can work with you to make changes. After that time, contact us directly and we will see how we can help you.
How do you ship orders?
Most of our items are shipped ground via UPS or Fedex. We can also offer Next Day Air or Second Day Air. For large items, we will ship via truck delivery (LTL).
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs vary. It will depend upon where you are shipping, how you are shipping, the size and weight of an item, etc.
How quickly does my order ship?
Order fulfillment times vary depending on the item and where it is shipping from. However, most orders will ship the same day they are ordered if the order is placed by 4:30 p.m.
How is tax calculated?
Forklift Parts 4 Less LLC is required to observe all state and local tax laws. Applicable tax rates will be followed based on the shipping address and zip code.
What if I am tax exempt?
If you have a tax exemption, you can forward Forklift Parts 4 Less LLC your tax exempt certificate via e-mail to ap@forkliftparts4less.com and we will notate your account so you will not be charged tax.
What is your return policy?
If you need to initiate a return, contact Forklift Parts 4 Less directly and we will help you with your request. Our standard return policy is 30 days from the date shipped. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Exceptions to this policy include damaged parts, mislabeled parts, aftermarket parts that aren’t up to spec, and cores.

What are your payment options?
We will establish an account and offer credit to you. Our terms are Net 30. We accept all the following methods of payment:
Check or Money Order made out to Forklift Parts 4 Less LLC and mailed to 2102 Kenwood Blvd., SE, Roanoke, VA 24013
ACH/EFT payments directly into our bank account. If you wish to use this method, contact us for any information you may need to set up the process.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Credit card information can be given to us over the phone.
You can pay directly on-line when you receive your invoice using any of the above-mentioned credit cards or by bank transfer.

If I pay by credit card, when will my card be charged?
If you call the information into our office, we will not charge your card until we know the item(s) have been shipped and delivered. If you pay online, the charge will go through as soon as the transaction is processed.
